20Talk: Supporting Young Adults' Mental Health
20Talk helps young adults integrate mental health tools and skills into their lives. After founders Leighton and Lockie lost two close friends to suicide, they made it their mission to be the most relatable mental health charity of the 21st century. Their main programs include a mental health social media agency and free mental health training to young people 18-30. In 2022 alone, 20Talk reached over 4.5 million people online and trained over 280 young people.
