All GeoChange products are made to order, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. We strive to ship our products in the most environmentally responsible manner, considering both efficiency and environmental impact.

Please allow up to one week for the creation of your artwork. For our handcrafted stretching and framing options, please allow an additional two weeks. Typically, the process may take less time than this.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, GeoChange does not accept returns for items unless they are damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for an exchange. Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email and our customer support team will be there to assist you. You may reach us at [email protected].

Defective Products

If your product is damaged, please notify us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement.

Edition Number Disclaimer:

Please note that due to the nature of limited edition artworks and simultaneous orders, the edition number displayed during your purchase may differ from the one you receive. Rest assured, each piece is individually numbered and part of a strictly limited series, ensuring its exclusivity and value.
