What happens when you buy

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is made for you after you order it, and here is exactly what happens.

01You choose the piece

Browse the gallery or answer five questions in Find your piece. Preview the artwork on a photo of your own wall at its real size before you decide.

02You choose how it is made

Fine art paper or museum-grade canvas; stretched, framed in oak, or rolled; six sizes. Only the combinations we actually make are offered.

03We make it for you

Archival giclée printing, then hand-stretching or framing. About a week to print, plus up to two weeks for framing or stretching.

04It is numbered

Each size is limited to 111 prints and never reprinted. The number is assigned at production and travels with the piece.

05It arrives, packed and guaranteed

Rolled prints ship free within Australia. Framed and stretched pieces are A$10 flat delivery per order. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it.

06The cause is paid

30% of profits on your print go to the conservation cause named on that edition, and the ambassador who made the image is credited and paid. Our three largest sizes include a complimentary rolled print of your choice, $110 value, on orders from $250.

What exactly am I buying?

A numbered limited-edition print of a photograph or artwork by a named GeoChange ambassador, printed to order on archival materials in Australia in the material, finish and size you choose. Each size is limited to 111 and is never reprinted.

How does the 30% work?

30% of the profit on your print is allocated to the conservation organisation named on that edition. The cause is named before you buy, on the product page and in your order confirmation. Allocation records are published per cause once filed; no campaign outcome is claimed until the partner confirms it.

Why is it made to order?

Nothing sits in a warehouse, so nothing is wasted and every piece is printed and finished for one buyer. It is why each piece takes 3–5 business days to make and 5–7 business days to ship, and why there are no change-of-mind returns.

What are Life and Journey+?

The next two layers of the GeoChange model. Life is a curated better-living marketplace; Journey+ is conservation experiences, ambassador access and photographer-led trips. Neither is open yet, and nothing you buy today carries an entitlement to either. Private View hears first when they do open.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it. Because each piece is made for you, there are no change-of-mind returns.

How does the complimentary print work?

Our three largest sizes include one rolled print of your choice, $110 value, on orders from $250. You choose it in the cart; it is added to your order and the complimentary code is applied at checkout. One per order.
